The North Rivet NRM-45 program is centered on compact manifolds with a 45° outlet face, instrumentation access, and controlled multi-face machining. The goal is a cleaner, more installation-friendly component for real equipment, workstations, racks, and machine systems.

Product development
NRM-45-04 manifold concept
The current concept is a four-outlet pneumatic manifold with a dedicated 1/8-27 NPT instrumentation port, a 45° angled outlet face, and integrated mounting. It is being finalized around available 6061 stock, NPT tooling, inspection gages, and an engineering validation plan.
Outlet strategy: 45° outlet face for improved hose routing and installation clearance.
Instrumentation access: dedicated top port for gauge, sensor, or diagnostic connection.
Production intent: configured as a repeatable product family that can be stocked and replenished.
