Design Intent

Simple first product. Strong production platform.

The NRM-45 concept uses the five-axis process to put the service outlets on a true 45° machined face. That geometry is intended to reduce tight hose bends and fitting interference when the manifold is mounted to the back of a workstation, machine frame, rack, or panel. The same platform can later support 2-, 3-, 6-, and 8-outlet bodies and alternate port combinations.

Development status: dimensions, working pressure, proof-test pressure, and commercial release status remain subject to completed engineering validation. No pressure rating should be inferred from competing products.

Production Plan

Quality controls built into the process

The product will be released around a defined manufacturing traveler rather than relying on visual acceptance alone.

Machine

CNC machine the body, internal distribution passage, NPT ports, mounting features, and identification geometry from controlled stock.

Inspect

Verify critical dimensions and NPT thread condition with appropriate production inspection and gaging.

Clean

Deburr intersecting passages and remove chips or process contamination before pressure testing and packaging.

Validate

Establish documented leak and pressure-validation criteria before a working-pressure rating is published.

Applications

Built for practical compressed-air distribution.

Machine automation

Distribute a common air supply to cylinders, valves, blow-off devices, instrumentation, and other pneumatic functions.

Maintenance & test equipment

Create clean branch points on shop equipment, test stations, service fixtures, and maintenance installations.

OEM equipment

Provide a documented, repeatable manifold platform for machine builders who need compact NPT distribution.

Commercial Release

Prototype and validation phase.

Initial prototypes will establish final dimensions, machining sequence, thread gaging, leak-test method, pressure-validation limits, markings, and packaging. Retail purchasing information will be added after the first production batch is approved.
